In the heart of Alessandria, Mandrogne area, stands Litta Parodi, a small village a few km from the motorway junction that connects Milan with Genoa and Turin with Piacenza. Here on the main street stands a villa built at the beginning of the 1900s. The entire property has always belonged to the same family, up to the present day. A park of about 2,500 square meters, in the center of the lawn we find the ancient well; on the left the oldest part of the property 300 square meters currently used as a garage.
Three-story building, about 800 square meters: in the center the important white marble staircase worked in iron with floral ornaments that dominates the center of the building. On the ground floor we find a large living room, another small living room with fireplace, and then the dining room, kitchen, office, classic ironing room, and another room now used as a study. Also on the ground floor we have under the stairs on one side a small bathroom for guests and on the other the entrance to the cellar. On the first floor we find 8 bedrooms (two with balcony) and three bathrooms. All the rooms on the ground floor and the first floor have frescoed ceilings with floral motifs typical of the Piedmontese liberty style. On the second floor, the least decorated with decorations compared to the ground floor and the first, we have seven rooms and three bathrooms, two of which are very large. Roof revisited about 8 years ago. Recent boiler.
