In the heart of Alessandria, Mandrogne area, stands Litta Parodi, a small village a few km from the motorway junction that connects Milan with Genoa and Turin with Piacenza.
Here on the main road stands a villa built in the early 1900s. The entire property has always belonged to the same family.
A park of about 2,500 square meters, in the center of the lawn we find the ancient well, and the fountain in style; on the left the oldest part of the property 300 square meters currently used as a garage.
The building has three floors, approximately 800 square meters: upon entering, in the center is the important white marble staircase.
On the ground floor we find a large living room, a sitting room with fireplace, and then the dining room, kitchen, office, classic ironing room, and another room now used as a library. Also on the ground floor we have under the stairs on one side a small bathroom for guests and on the other the entrance to the large cellar.
On the first floor we find 8 bedrooms (two with balconies) and three bathrooms.
All the rooms on the ground floor and first floor have ceilings frescoed with floral motifs typical of the Piedmontese Art Nouveau style.
On the second floor, we have seven rooms and three bathrooms, two of which are very large.
Roof revisited about 8 years ago. Recent boiler.
